• Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused subscription credits do not roll over beyond the specified cap.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
